It's amazing really, that as leaders we have a community of people who care about us and are willing to give from their experience, sharing the tools that have worked for them.  Some do one better, and write about the things that haven't worked so well, so we can avoid those mistakes.  It's awesome really.  We desire this place to be a destination like that and are grateful to everyone who makes that happen.

When your time allows, please take a few minutes to explore some places on this site you haven't looked at before.  The videos and photos are fantastic.  The conference podcasts give a taste of the work in Europe we get to do.  It might be fun to update your page with a new look, an updated profile photo or to write something as an update or blog to encourage everyone in this on-line community. There a new blogs and articles being posted nearly everyday.

We care about you, your stories and your dreams.  We pray for you often.  We are totally jazzed that we represent so many different nations and cultures. We think that makes Jesus smile.
